Vicar Bishop, T.W. Xela

Born in 17 April 1945 at Lanti village, Lady Frere, he is the only child his late parents had. He worked at Worcester for the then department of Water Affairs and Vaal Reefs Mines at Rustenburg. He has established Bengu Circuit and served as Minister at Mtyhintyini and District Chairman of Thembuland District. He is the oldest member of the Top 5.

In his current position as Moderator he is the second highest person after Presiding Bishop in the African Native Mission Church. He acts as Presiding Bishop in the absence of him (Presiding Bishop) and performs all Bishop’s duties. He shall give a full report to the Bishop on all work done while acting in his capacity.
